The 2012 Explore the Patuxent: Teen Leadership Program is an opportunity for teens to get to know one of the Chesapeake’s tributary rivers and to learn about how wetland and riverine ecosystems work, as well as environmental challenges to the estuary. Opportunities for environmental action on the students’ part will follow this program in the fall.
