Short course: Waterbirds of the Chesapeake Bay

Join us this winter to learn about the variety of waterbirds that winter in our area....

Thursday evenings, January 14, 21 and 28; 7:00-9:00 pm
Saturday mornings, January 16, 23, 30; 8:00 am-noon

Location: Jug Bay Wetlands Sanctuary (Wetlands Center)

This short course will cover identification, natural history, migration, behavior and conservation. Evening lectures take place at JBWS. Saturday field trips will be to the Bay and along the Patuxent River estuary where we will observe birds and their behavior. For beginners and experts alike.  Space is limited.
