High Marsh Another kind of tidal marsh is the High Marsh. There are more species of plants than in almost any other habitat in the world. Typical high marsh plants at Jug Bay include Cattail, Arrowhead, and Bur Marigold.

High Marsh The High Marsh also has a high diversity of animals such as the Northern Water Snake, Red-winged Blackbird, the Amber Marsh Snail, and the Common Yellowthroat
